Trying one of the colonial Algerian fighters in February

An Algerian court will resume on February 12 the case of the head of the state's supreme council in Algeria, Ali Kafi, one of the fighters against French colonization.

This case relates to accusations included in his historical notes accusing Eban Ramadan of cooperating with the French colonization, which pushed his family and his widow to press charges against Ali Kafi, accusing him of distorting the facts and falsely accusing Ramadan.

This case is considered among the most complicated cases as it is the first of its kind in history of the Algeria judiciary and because of the long period between the historical events of the case and the time of raising it.
