Morocco and Libya sign fishery cooperation accord

Morocco and Libya signed in Syrtis Wednesday a cooperation agreement in the field of maritime resources, the Libyan newswire, JANA, reported Thursday.
The document initialed by Minister of Fisheries Thami Khyari and his Libyan counterpart provides for cooperation in maritime scientific research, promotion of sea-fisheries, aquaculture and joint investment in fisheries.
Khyari, on a three day working visit to Libya, visited in the evening the El Kardibya reservoir on the artificial lake of Syrtis.
