Message for Bouteflika from Castro

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, the current chairman of the Organization of African Unity, received a message from Cuban President Fidel Castro that included inviting him to attend summit of the G-77 and China that will be held in the Cuban capital, Havana, during April.
Bouteflika received this message while receiving Cubian Deputy Foreign Minister Jose Armando Guerra Menchero who arrived in Algeria on Tuesday for this purpose.
