Moroccan short victory in first match against Congo

The Moroccan football squad wrestled three points in its first outing against Congo (1-0) in the second match of group "D" first round of the African Nations' Cup Tuesday in Lagos.
The Atlas Lions roared little and had a hard time coping with younger and faster Congolese till Bassir, in the last ten minutes, netted the only goal of the match after a beautiful serve by Hadji.
In Kano, Senegal fared better and gleaned three points to top its group in a convincing victory (3-1) over Burkina-Faso.
