Emir of Kuwait gets a Cuban message

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Tuesday received a message from Cuban President Fidel Castro. The message was conveyed by the envoy for the Cuban president, Oraland Jawal, during his meeting with Sheikh Jaber on Tuesday.
Kuwait's radio said the message is related to an invitation extended to the ruler of Kuwait to attend the southern states' summit conference, which will be held in Havana in April.
