Egyptian - Norwegian economic cooperation

Egyptian Minister of Public Business Sector Mokhtar Khattab discussed yesterday while receiving a Norwegian industrial delegation under the chairmanship of Minister of Trade and Industry Lars Sponheim who is currently visiting Cairo a program for reforming the Egyptian economy, privatization and investment opportunities in Egypt.
The Egyptian minister said the Norwegian delegation showed a concern with Egyptian companies including the maritime navigation companies, the Fairo Silicom assemblage in Edfu and some mining companies, especially Egypt Aluminum Company and Sinai for Manganese.
He said we need to convey the developed technology in participation with the Norwegian capital.
