FIFA delegates will be handed tangible things, minister says
Morocco, Sports, 1/25/2000

Youth and sports minister Ahmed Moussaoui said Morocco, bidding for the 2006 World Cup, will be showing "concrete things" to FIFA's inspection delegation expected in Mars. Delegates who visited the kingdom for the previous bids in 1994 and 1998 will witness all the changes that have taken place in the country, he told the weekly "Al Sahifa."

Moussaoui is shortly to undertake a promotion tour in the gulf countries and asian continent. The campaign, he said, mainly targets the 24 executive committee members of FIFA who will cast their votes July 5 and 6 to decide which country will play host to the planetary football event of 2006.
