Palestinian, Lebanese rejection of settling Palestinians

The Palestinian official in charge of the refugee issue in the Palestinian Authority, Asaad Abdul Rahman, has asserted that there is a total agreement between the Palestinian and Lebanese sides to refuse settlement.
He expressed his complete appreciation for the stand adopted by the Lebanese government in this regard.
In a statement to the Kuwaiti daily al-Rai al-Am issued on Monday, Abdul Rahman said that the question of refugees, as one of the postponed issues in the Israeli- Palestinian negotiations, is still at the zero point because Israel still denied the rights of the Palestinian refugees to return according to UN resolution 194.
