Spain calls for Libya's return to Euro - Mediterranean dialogue
Matutes added that the consolidation of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership process and the strengthening of ties with the Maghreb were a priority for Spain. A Moroccan woman who could not have a child during 12 years of marriage has given birth to quadruplets, thanks to artificial insemination. Doctors at the Sheikh Zayed Hospital in Rabat said the 36-year old mother, who had a cesarean operation and her three girls and a boy were well. The babies weight is between 1.8 kg and 1.3 kg.
