Moroccan court clears spanish truck driver of drug trafficking charges

A Spanish truck driver, Salvador Branco Jurado, who was arrested last Monday with almost one ton of drugs stowed in his vehicle, was released Thursday. According to a judiciary source, Jurado was released pending findings of the investigation.
The teamster was crossing the Moroccan northern borders in a truck loaded with chira amid a potato cargo to the Netherlands.
