Andalusia blames Madrid for delaying fish talks with Morocco

Andalusian agriculture and fishery Councillor Paulino Plata blamed Madrid for delaying fish talks with Morocco to a later stage after the coming general elections. EFE quoted Plata as saying that not only no progress has been made in the talks but "opportunities are being lost."
