Yemeni president to visit Canada and Belgium in March

Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh is to visit Canada and Belgium during March.
Yemeni diplomatic sources said Saleh's visit comes in a European tour that may also include the Netherlands and the USA and that the tour aims at discussing bilateral relations with those countries and means of enhancing the economic and the commercial fields as well as increasing development aids to Yemen during the coming years.
The Yemeni president received the day before yesterday Daniel Hobson, Canada's non-resident ambassador in Yemen, who delivered him a message from Adrienne Clarkson the governor general of Canada, that includes an invitation for Saleh to visit Canada during March.
