Al-Sharaa reviews Middle East developments with Iranian, Japanese ambassadors

Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk al-Sharaa on Wednesday in Damascus received the Iranian ambassador in Damascus, Hussein Sheikh al-Islam.

Talks dealt with the future of the Middle East peace process and the results so far attained in the peace talks.

Talks also dealt with bilateral relations between the two "friendly" countries and means of supporting them.

Earlier in the day, al-Sharaa received the Japanese ambassador in Damascus on the occasion of ending his term of office to the country.

Discussions dealt with results of the peace talks and bilateral relations between Syria and Japan and means of strengthening them on all areas.
