Bashar al-Assad to visit London, Washington

Arab circles in the British capital are making arrangements with the British administration in preparation for the visit by son of President Hafez al-Assad, Bashar al-Assad, to London shortly, where Bashar is expected to meet with British Prime Minister Tony Blair. Observers believe this visit may prepare for another visit to be made by Bashar al-Assad to Washington, the Lebanese daily al-Nahar reported.
