ISESCO grants excellence medal to chemistry Nobel Prize winner

The Rabat-based Islamic, Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) granted its excellence medal to Ahmed Zoweil, Egyptian-born chemistry Nobel Prize recipient.
ISESCO said the medal comes in recognition of the Muslim scientist's genius that honored the Islamic nation and the whole of humankind.
The Nobel Prize winner received his medal from ISESCO director general, Abdulaziz Othman Al-Twaijri, during a special ceremony held in his honor in Egypt.
