Delegation from Azerbaijan visits Cairo

A delegation under the chairmanship of Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalanof will arrive at Cairo in a visit to Egypt that will last for few days, Ezravil Viklov, ambassador of Azerbaijan in Cairo, said in his meeting today with Awatef Shalabi, manager of the independent countries' association.

Viklov said this meeting tackled revitalizing the work of the joint committee between Egypt and Azerbaijan as well as means of developing different facets of relations, especially economic and commercial relations, to be on level of the excellent political relations between Egypt and Azerbaijan.

He referred to the importance of the Egyptian private sector's participation in relations and visit of Egyptian businessmen to Azerbaijan, especially in the fields of petroleum and chemicals.
