Syrian official: Israeli pressures for the normalization

Syrian Minister of State for Environmental Affairs Abd al-Hamid Minajjid stated that Syria will not return to the negotiating table with Israel unless it obtains guarantees of Israel's withdrawal to the June 4, 1967 borders.
Minajjid stated that Israel attempted to pressure Syria concerning normalization issues, security arrangements and water and that Damascus refused these pressures. He said his country believes in a just and comprehensive peace which includes the return of all the Arab land occupieds since June 4, 1967.
