Continued Israeli attacks against south Lebanon

United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan on Saturday released a "federal" decree that provides for establishing a federal national council, during the convening of the 12th session. The Gulf News Agency said the federal national council includes 40 members with each of the emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai sending eight members, six members for Sharja and Ra's al Khaymah, and four members each for Umm al Qaywayn, Ajman and Al Fujayrah emirates.
