Syria confirms demands to dissolve settlements, evacuate settlers

Damascus stated that it demands not only the Israeli Army's withdrawal from Golan but also dissolving and evacuating the settlements and evacuating the settlers.
Tishreen official newspaper said yesterday that there are half a million Syrian immigrants who are waiting to return to Golan, regain their properties and living normally under the Syrian flag.
It said that Israel has no choice but complete withdrawal from Golan and south Lebanon and that Syria will not sign any peace agreement away from Lebanon which requires reviving the Lebanese track to reach a fair solution for the issue of the Palestinian refugees.
