Egyptian organization for the human rights demands investigators to declare details of Al Kosheh events

The legal and data studies center for the human rights in Cairo asked the Egyptian investigative organizations to declare the complete facts in front of the public opinion concerning the details of Al Kosheh's last events and the events that took place in the same village in 1998.

The statement of the center said that poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, a lack of basic services and the bureaucracy of the administration helped increase the recent riots in the village and in neighboring villages.

The statement warned of the return of violence once more in shadow of absence of the civil society corporations and restricting freedom of movement and independent expression, as well as the government's failure to achieve comprehensive human development.
