Yemeni - Djiboutian discussions in Sanaa
Yemen-Djibouti, Politics, 1/15/2000

The meeting of the second session of the Yemeni ministerial committee under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Abdul Qader Bajmal and the Djiboutian committee under Djiboutian Foreign Minister Ali Abdi Farah will be concluded today in Sanaa.

The meetings tackled agreements and protocols between the two states to pave the way for signing the concluding works of the joint committee, in addition to discussing fields of cooperation between the two states and its future horizons and the draft agreements that will be signed in the fields of information, energy, culture, health and fishery.

Yemeni sources stated that all agreements were discussed and that eight agreements were signed in the framework of the visit that will be paid by Djiboutian President Ismail Omar Guelleh as agreements in fields of developing exports, energy, minerals, culture, health and media will be signed.
