Fourth meeting of Arab businessmen to convene in Kuwait in April

Taher El-Sherif, secretary general of the Arab Businessmen's Union and the Egyptian Businessmen's Association, said it was decided to hold the fourth meeting of the Arab business council in Kuwait in the second half of April, saying that the meeting will discuss all means of achieving the ultimate benefit from the agreement of establishing the Arab free trade zone.

The free trade zone aims at increasing joint investments with financing from the Arab financial funds and the participation of Arab businessmen in the privatization programs in the Arab states.

He said a delegation from the Arab Businessmen's Union under the chairmanship of Hamdi El-Taba, head of the union and head of the businessmen's association in Jordan, will travel on Saturday to Kuwait to prepare for convening this meeting.
