Algerian minister of interior convenes with Arab ambassadors

Algerian Minister of Interior Yazid Zerhouni met yesterday with the ambassadors of the Arab states in Algeria in the framework of preparing for the 17th session of the Arab council of ministers of the interior that will be held in Algeria on January 29 - 31.
The Arab ministers of interior decided during their 16th session, held in Amman, Jordan in January 1999, to convene the 17th session of their council in Algeria, and they also supported the special suggestion of convening an international conference on combating terrorism under the auspices of the UN.
