Moroccan and Spanish agriculture ministers meet in Berlin

Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries Habib El Malki meets Thursday his Spanish counterpart, Jesus Posada, in Berlin, which is playing host to the "Green Week."
EFE quotes an official release by the Spanish department as saying the two ministers will be discussing the negotiation process for a fishing agreement between Morocco and the European Union.
The release also said Posada would meet Commissioner Fischler to examine issues relating to fishery and agriculture policies and their impact on Spain.
