British foreign minister to visit Jordan, Egypt

Sources at the British embassy in Amman said on Wednesday that British Foreign Secretary Robin Cook will arrive in Amman next Tuesday for a short visit to Jordan, after which he will move to Cairo.
Sources in the UK embassy in Cairo said Cook's visit aims at discussing bilateral relations between the two countries and means of supporting them, in addition to discussing the peace process in the area and issues of joint concern between the two countries.
