Joint Israeli-Palestinian committee to develop bilateral relations

The director general of the Israeli Foreign Ministry, Eytan Bentsur, and the secretary of the civil affairs department at the Palestinian government, Sufian Abu Zeidah, agreed during their meeting Tuesday to set up a joint committee to develop relations between the Israelis and Palestinians.
In a statement quoted on Tuesday by Israeli Radio, Bentsur indicated that there are ideas to implement joint projects for the two sides. He expressed hopes of strengthening bilateral relations.
