UAE stock market to commence activity soon

United Arab Emirates economic sources expected the UAE's official stock market to start its work during the first half of the current year, saying that the stock market is in its final stages and that the exchange halls in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are being equipped according to the most modern international stock markets.
The sources said the special training sessions were finished in the mediation offices on the electronic exchange operations.
They added that the government will declare the formation of the financial stock market organization under the chairmanship of the Ministry of Economy and Trade and with the membership of representatives of the Ministry of Finance and Industry and the United Arab Emirates' Central Bank.
