Egyptian government to sell its share of insurance companies

The Egyptian government is currently making restrictions and conditions for selling its shares in the joint insurance companies after reaching the real evaluation of the company's assets over six months.
Egyptian Minister of Economy Yusef Butros Ghali stated that coordination is being made between Ministry of Economy and the Egyptian organization for supervising insurance affiliated to the public sector to determine the real value of the companies raised for sale.
He said that there are French, Spanish, Italian and US offers to purchase the Egyptian government's shares in the international Arab company for insurance and the US - Egyptian company for insurance.
