Maronite patriarch in Lebanon urges uniting efforts and internal solidarity

Lebanon's Maronite Patriarch Nasrallah Safir said he believes the stage through which Lebanon is passing requires uniting the efforts, opinions and directions of Lebanon's citizens, expressing his fear that the dangerous events which took place in northern Lebanon during the last few days may have a bad influence.
He said those with bad intentions planned for an incurable factional dispute in Lebanon, which is a false allegation that must be overcome as soon as possible so that it would not be exploited during the current negotiations in the USA which will "determine our destiny and maybe the destiny of many systems in the area's countries in the long run."
