Arab follow up committee on Israeli nuclear practices to meet in Cairo

The Arab committee in charge of following up on Israeli nuclear activity which contradicts the nuclear, Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) will hold its seventh meeting on January 23-24 at the premises of the Arab League.

Taking part in the meeting will be diplomats, officers and experts from the Arab countries.

The official in charge of the issue of Israeli nuclear activity at the AL, Muhammad al-Fateh al-Naseiri, said that during the two-day committee several issues will be discussed, one of which is the coordination of Arab stances prior to the conference on reviewing the NPT meeting scheduled to be held in April in New York.

Al-Naseiri added that the committee will also discuss topics, including nuclear cooperation and the NPT member and non-member countries with Israel, the danger of this cooperation on the security and stability in the Middle East.
