Ouarzazat studios blow life in Moroccan cinema, says TVE

The southern city of Ouarzazat has become the mecca of world movie-makers thanks to two major studios and unmatched scenery, says Spanish public television TVE.
The television channel reported in its afternoon Wednesday news from the city showing the studios and the fabulous sets used in the 80s and 90s for world superproductions.
Ouarzazat, said the report, has become, like Almeria in the 70s, the world capital for movie-making giving moroccan cinema the impetus needed for take-off.
