Releasing Palestinian prisoners in Israel

Israel decided yesterday to release 22 Palestinian prisoners for the end of Ramadan month.
The Israeli authorities said'the release will take place within hours and that 20 of the prisoners entered Israeli illegally while the two others were condemned in a murder.
Hisham Abed Alrazek, Palestinian minister of the captives affairs, said the Palestinian government sees this procedure as having nothing to do with the signed agreements which call for the release of Palestinian captives and detainees, concerning which Israel still procrastinates in releasing nearly 1,500 captives.
