Eight persons wounded in a bomb explosion in Yemen

Eyewitnesses said on Tuesday that eight persons were wounded and many of them are in critical condition after a bomb blast during an argument in a market in the downtown of al-Hudeida, 250 km to the west of the capital, Sanaa.
It was learned that a man dropped the bomb during a row with one of the passersby and the wounded were admitted to hospital.
Weapons and explosives are sold freely in Yemen despite a campaign carried out by the authorities since 1995 against the carrying of machine-guns in the cities.
