Moussa concludes visit to Sudan

Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa on Wednesday returned to Cairo following a visit to Sudan during which he delivered a message from Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir.
In an arrival statement in Cairo, Moussa said he had held lengthy talks with his Libyan counterpart, Omar al-Muntasir, and his Sudanese counterpart, Mustafa Othman Ismael.
He underlined the importance of the Libyan- Egyptian initiative to settle the Sudanese question, stressing the importance of coordination between this initiative and the IGAD (Inter-Governmental Authority on Development) initiative to reach reconciliation in Sudan and preserve its territorial integrity and unity.
