Phone call between Mubarak and Zayed

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak made a phone call to the head of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan, last night, during which they exchanged the opinions concerning the Arab situation and the efforts exerted for convening the Arab summit.
An Egyptian diplomatic sources said the communications made by Mubarak for convening the Arab summit continue, emphasizing that not convening an Arab summit would be a strategic mistake that harms the Arab states and that there are other communications and consultations by Arab leaders in order to end the disputes between Iraq and Kuwait.
