Two bombs defused in Algeria

The Algerian daily al-Khabar said on Tuesday that security forces defused two hand bombs that were planted in Dawar Dahamenha in Saida province, 437 km from the capital, Algiers.
Meanwhile, some 12 persons from the armed groups surrendered themselves to the specialized authorities, under the regulations of the civil concord law.
The Algerian daily al-Bilad said that three other gunmen also surrendered themselves to the security forces in the context of the privileges provided by the civil concord law.
