Sudanese Minister of Information and Culture Ghazi Salah Al Din, spokesman of the government, stated today that, a change might take place in the bodies of ministries and their responsibilities, adding that the ministers and the rulers of provinces have resigned and that preparations for wide consultations by the president to reach a new concept not only in names but maybe in the form of the ministries. Turkish Defense Minister Sabahattin Cakmakoglu announced yesterday his country's intent to purchase AWACS early warning jets.
