Spanish teamster's trial postponed

The trial of Spanish trucker Manuel Trevino, charged of trafficking banned substances, was postponed to Feb. 8 by a decision Monday of the Tangier court. Defense attorneys handed in medical evidence Trevino was not fit to appear before the court Monday for psychological reasons.
41 year-old Trevino was arrested and bailed out Nov.19, 1999 when banned drugs, cannabis resin, were found in crates of fresh chili peppers.
