Lower IAM GSM prices as of Jan. 1, 2000

Ittissalat Al Maghrib "IAM" announced Saturday new lower prices for GSM telephone services as of Jan. 1, as well as the upgrading of a host of services already offered.
IAM general manager Ahizoune said that thanks to better productivity and lower costs, access fees will go down from 200 to 100 dhs, monthly subscription fees from 150 to 125 and the "Jawal" prepaid card extension from 258 to 198 dhs. Other services are upgraded will some will be extended for free, he said adding that "Jawal" credits will be available for three months instead of two and the receiver number will be valid for one year instead of three months.
