Jordanian delegation heads to Baghdad

A delegation from the Jordanian Petroleum Ministry will head to Baghdad in the coming week to discuss the details of the Jordanian - Iraqi petroleum agreement for the current year.
Iraqi diplomatic sources said that the meetings will discuss the details of the agreement and the price of the Iraqi petroleum that will be pumped to Jordan.
The committees will remain in Baghdad until an agreement on prices is reached, then engineer Soleiman Abu Alim, minister of energy and mineral resources, will head to Baghdad to sign the agreement according to which Jordan's needs of the Iraqi petroleum will be provided for the year 2000.
