Qatari banker leaves PA for Doha

The representative of the Qatari government to the Palestinian government in Gaza said on Sunday that Qatari banker of Palestinian origin Issam Abu Issa, who was the subject of a diplomatic problem between Qatar and the Palestinian government, had left the Qatari consulate in Gaza heading for Doha.
