Arafat speak on the telephone with Yemeni president

Palestinian President Yasser Arafat has made a telephone call with Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh. During the telephone conversation talks dealt with steps realized on the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations and obstacles facing them.
