Moratinos and the Middle East peace process

The Hebrew language "Voice of Israel" radio said that the European Union's Middle East peace process envoy, Miguel Angel Moratinos, has conveyed a message to Israel which stated that Syria will take measures that would help build confidence with Israel after Syria explores the reality of the Israeli stances during the session of negotiations to be held today in the USA.
The radio added that Moratinos, who met with the chairman of the Israeli security and political team, Danny Yatoum, had briefed Yatoum on this information after Yatoum asked Moratinos to talks to the Syrians to take measures that will be helpful in building confidence between the two sides.
